Struan McKay

Struan leads the Industrial Search practice within CDS primarily focusing on the Commercial, Production and Service operations of the Automotive & Transport, Chemical and Industrial Manufacturing sectors. Some of the clients he has worked with include CMA CGM, Yamatake Corporation, DHL, American Power Conversion Corporation and Johnson Controls. Struan has successfully executed on senior executive roles as well as key functional roles in finance, HR and sales.

He has spent the last 5 years in executive search based in Tokyo. Previously he has more than 15 years experience in Production, Engineering and Operations management with global blue-chip organizations in the automotive and consumer goods manufacturing sectors.

Originally from Scotland, Struan has an Engineering Degree from the University of Strathclyde and an MBA from Durham business school.

Struan enjoys playing golf in his free time.
