Steve Skrysak

Steve leads the Technology Practice and works on executive level searches across the areas of enterprise software, hardware/infrastructure and telecommunications. Some of the clients he has worked with include Oracle and Cisco where he has completed more than a dozen senior assignments across a range of functional areas and has emerged as their search partner of choice in Japan. Steve has also delivered on a number of Country Manager roles for technology start-ups or new to Japan entrants like Primavera Systems and other small to mid-size firms.

He has been in Asia since 2001 spending time in Dalian - a software development and call center outsourcing hub for Japanese companies in Northeastern China - before moving to executive search in Tokyo.

Steve is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.

Originally from San Diego, California he loves the ocean and is an avid sports fan.
