Jonathan Guilfoile

Jonathan Guilfoile leads the sports & outdoor sub sector within the Consumer practice. He has executive search experience in media, FMCG, fashion, retail and advertising agencies. Some of the clients he has worked with include MTV, Fox, Nike, Levis, Coleman, Quiksilver and Starbucks. He has executed on Executive and Director level searches as well as senior roles in product development, design, merchandising, marketing and Human Resources.

Prior to joining CDS Executive Jonathan spent more than 7 years in advertising and marketing roles with the global agencies of BBDO Worldwide and Dentsu. He strongly believes in the importance of candidate fit and he profiles candidates beyond just their technical skills or work experience, he assesses their natural fit within an organization by understanding the person's unique character, attitude, and management style.

Jonathan holds a bachelor degree in Economics from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. He is fluent in his native English as well as Japanese. He has lived in Venezuela, Australia, Japan and the United States.

Jonathan is very competitive and loves sports. He regularly plays soccer, baseball, basketball and golf.
